A Technology Project was Awarded the Second Prize of Technology Invention Award of Hunan Province

On January 6, we got the exciting news from Hunan Science and Technology Department that the project“Key Technology and Application of Pipe Die Molding of Centrifuge Nodular Cast Iron Pipe” we applied was awarded the second prize of Technology Invention Awardof Hunan Province of 2019. This is the first time we got the award of this category.

This technology invention designs a pipe die manufacturing process of the molding billet using “polygonal steel ingot + hydraulic pressure punching + conical roller large reducing piercing + pilger pipe mill”. Compared with the existing manufacturing method of pipe die, it significantly increases the production efficiency and yield and greatly reduces the production cost. Centering around this technology invention, we have obtained 7 patents, among which 4 are invention patents, and have published several papers.
